Awakening matcha smoothie bowl



  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen apple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds


In a blender, add all ingredients (add the liquid and soft ingredients first and add the frozen ingredients last). Blend until smooth. 

Add your favorite toppings 🙂
