Strawberries bliss balls

SERVINGS: 11 bliss balls 


  • 1/2 cup raw cashews 
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 4 medium strawberries
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed 
  • a pinch of pink salt
  • 1/2 cup of freeze-dried strawberries (don’t add to food processor)


Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until the cashews and the almonds are broken up into tiny pieces (not fully ground). 

Transfer the mixture into a bowl, mix in the freeze-dried strawberries, and roll into bite-size balls.

Roll the balls in some coconut flakes or freeze-dried strawberry powder (you can blend the freeze-dried strawberries to make powder).

Transfer to a container and place it into the freezer.
