Juice pulp and potato patties



  • 4 small potatoes
  • 2 cups juice pulp (I used juice pulp from carrot, beet, and ginger)
  • 1/2 onion minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds 
  • 2 tbsp oat flour 


Cut the potatoes in half, put them in a pot with water (the water should cover the potatoes), bring the water to boil, and cook the potatoes for 20 minutes over medium heat.

While the potatoes are cooking, sauté the onion in a large skillet over medium-low heat for about 5-10 minutes, until it becomes golden. Then add the garlic and sauté everything together for a couple of minutes. I did not use any water or oil to sauté the onion and garlic.

Mash the potatoes with a fork.

In a big bowl, add all the ingredients and mix everything together. Form patties. You can eat them raw or warm them up on a skillet for a couple minutes on each side.
