
Chocolate shake with hazelnuts
SERVINGS: 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup raw hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
Toppings
- raw cacao nibs
- berries
METHOD
Add the hazelnuts in a blender and blend them until they become powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend.
Add the toppings and enjoy 🙂
