
Nettle-Oat Chai

INGREDIENTS
- 1 heaping teaspoon nettles
- 1 teaspoon oat straw
- 1 teaspoon rolled oats
- 1 pinch cut licorice root
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 5 whole cloves
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 3 cardamom pods, cracked
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 whole star anise
METHOD
Combine all the herbs with 2 cups of water over high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Strain, let it cool a bit and enjoy it.
