
Whole grain pumpkin overnight oats

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Froger probiotics drink (or non-dairy milk)
- 1/3 cup of millet and quinoa (equal parts) cooked
- 2/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- A pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup pecans (or as desired)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or as desired)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight. It saves in the fridge for a couple of days.
