Raw chard boats



  • 2 chard leaves (washed)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 red pepper (washed)
  • 1/2 yellow pepper (washed)
  • a handful of sprouts


  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/2 ripe mango
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp raw tahini
  • splash of water


On a big plate, put the 2 chard leaves, one next to the other. Add some sprouts on both leaves. Slice the red and yellow peppers and equally distribute them on the top of the sprouts. Slice the avocado and put it on the top of the peppers.

For the sauce, blend all the ingredients together and then add it to the raw chard boats 🙂 You can always add some hemp and sesame seeds, as well as pumpkin seeds.
