
Mango salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 avocado
- a handful of mixed arugula and spinach (washed)
- 1/2 cup fine cut red cabbage (washed)
- 1/2 cup fine diced raw broccoli (washed)
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia powder
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of salt
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then add the toppings and mix again 🙂 Perfect salad ready in 5 minutes!
