
Mango+tomato soup

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 4 pearl tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 mint leaves
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a pinch of onion powder
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 date
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp cashews pieces
Toppings:
- half avocado diced
- sliced almonds
- pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them by pulsing until you achieve the desired consistency.
