INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of microgreens
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- pomegranate seeds
Dressing
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/2 lime juice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 garlic clove
- A pinch of turmeric
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp water
Dressing: blend all the ingredients in a blender.
