Microgreens salad

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of microgreens
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • pomegranate seeds

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • A pinch of pepper 
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds 
  • 1 tbsp water 

Dressing: blend all the ingredients in a blender.
