Papaya bowl

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups frozen papaya, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 frozen pineapple
  • 1 gala apple
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

Toppings:

  • frozen blueberries
  • star fruit
  • strawberry stars
  • pitaya stars
  • kiwi

METHOD

Put everything in a blender and blend. Serve with any toppings you like 🙂
