Blue smoothie bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen bananas 
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina 
  • 1/4 cup water 

Toppings

  • fresh strawberries
  • kiwi
  • shredded coconut
  • pitaya stars

METHOD

Put everything in a blender and blend. Serve with any toppings you like 🙂
