
Jicama smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup diced Jicama (I buy it ready to eat)
- 1 gala apple
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp raw cashew pieces
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup water
METHOD
Put everything in a blender and blend. Add any toppings you like 🙂
