Jicama smoothie

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup diced Jicama (I buy it ready to eat)
  • 1 gala apple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango 
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp raw cashew pieces 
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup water 

METHOD

Put everything in a blender and blend. Add any toppings you like 🙂
