INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp sea moss gel
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen apple
- 1 date
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 x 1/4 cup water
METHOD
Put everything in a blender and blend. Serve with any topics you like 😉
