Sea moss + mango smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp sea moss gel 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen apple
  • 1 date
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds 
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 x 1/4 cup water

METHOD

Put everything in a blender and blend. Serve with any topics you like 😉
