- 1 cup sea moss (soaked overnight in a big jar (I use a 32 oz jar)
- 2 cups water
Put everything in a blender and blend.
I eat it as is or blend 1-2 tbsp in a smoothie.
You can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
