Raw matcha energy balls

SERVINGS: 8-9

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 5-10 minutes) / 6 dates 
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/4 cup cashews, soaked in hot water for 5-10 minutes 
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder 
  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes  
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds 
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips 

METHOD

Put everything, except the chocolate chips, in a blender, and blend. Add the mixture in a bowl and mix the chocolate chips with it. Form small balls. You can add matcha powder or cacao powder on the balls so they become not sticky. Store them in the freezer 🙂
