INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 date
  • 1 tsp maca 
  • 1 tsp moringa 
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp raw almond butter 
  • 1/2 cup water/coconut water/plat-based milk 

METHOD

Put everything in a blender and blend. Serve with any topics you like 🙂
