INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Gala apple cut in pieces 
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter 

METHOD

Put everything in a blender and blend. Serve with any toppings you likeĀ šŸ™‚
