- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Gala apple cut in pieces
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 dates
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp raw almond butter
