
Cherry smoothie bowl

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- pitted date
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp moringa powder
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 cup water/coconut water/plant-based milk of choice
Toppings
- hemp seeds
- sliced almonds (toasted on a pan over low heat for a couple of minutes)
- cashew pieces (toasted on a pan over low heat for a couple of minutes)
- pumpkin seeds (toasted on a pan over low heat for a couple of minutes)
- Chocolate chips
- 3/4 banana (the rest of the banana)
METHOD
Add all ingredients (but the toppings) in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the toppings you like the most and enjoy 🙂
