Cherry smoothie bowl

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach 
  • pitted date
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp moringa powder 
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup water/coconut water/plant-based milk of choice

Toppings

  • hemp seeds
  • sliced almonds (toasted on a pan over low heat for a couple of minutes)
  • cashew pieces (toasted on a pan over low heat for a couple of minutes)
  • pumpkin seeds (toasted on a pan over low heat for a couple of minutes)
  • Chocolate chips
  • 3/4 banana (the rest of the banana)

METHOD

Add all ingredients (but the toppings) in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the toppings you like the most and enjoy 🙂
