
Banana avocado smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 pitted date
- 1/4 cup water (or plant-based milk of choice)
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp moringa powder
- 1 tsp flax seeds
Toppings
- banana
- pomegranate seeds
METHOD
Add all ingredients (but the toppings) in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the toppings you like the most and enjoy 🙂
