Homemade Almond Butter

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups of raw almonds
  • a pinch of salt

METHOD

Preheat oven at 450ºF. On an oven tray covered with parchment paper spread the almonds and toast in the oven for about 5-10 minutes.

Wait until the almonds have cooled off and then put them in a blender (if it has a “butter” mode) or food processor with a pinch of salt.
