INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp nettles
- 2 tbsp oat straw
- 2 tbsp red clover
- 1 tbsp lemon balm
- 1 tbsp peppermint
- 1 tbsp raspberry leaf
- 1 tbsp spearmint
METHOD
Combine all herbs in a pot and add 4 cups of boiling water. Let steep, covered for at least 1 hour. Strain and squeeze as much tea as you can. Enjoy 1-2 cups daily 🙂
