Mint Memory tea

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon peppermint
  • 1 teaspoon spearmint
  • ½ teaspoon dry rosemary

METHOD

Combine the herbs. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the herbs and let it steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Strain it and enjoy it.

            Drinking this tea on a regular basis helps keep the brain young and improve memory and cognition.
