Whole grain pumpkin overnight oats

SERVINGS: 3-4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Froger probiotics drink (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1/3 cup of millet and quinoa (equal parts) cooked
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds 
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • A pinch of salt 
  • 1/3 cup pecans (or as desired)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or as desired)

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight. It saves in the fridge for a couple of days.
