
Summer smoothie
SERVINGS: 1-2
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced papaya
- 1/2 ripe mango
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings:
- Chia seeds
MOTHOD
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Then put it in a glass or bowl and add chia seeds or any other toppings you like 🙂
