Mango salad

SERVINGS: 1  

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 avocado
  • a handful of mixed arugula and spinach (washed)
  • 1/2 cup fine cut red cabbage (washed)
  • 1/2 cup fine diced raw broccoli (washed)

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia powder
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • A pinch of salt

METHOD

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then add the toppings and mix again 🙂 Perfect salad ready in 5 minutes!
