Pitaya bowl

 

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pitaya pulp frozen pack
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 6 frozen strawberries

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup frozen (or not) blueberries
  • 2 frozen (or not) strawberries
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 6 halves walnuts (or as desired)

METHOD

Put all ingredients (not the toppings) in a blender and blend until smooth. Put in a bowl and add the toppings. You can use whatever toppings you like 🙂 such as granola, coconut flakes, chocolate chips or banana slices.
