INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • tbsp olive oil
  • tbsp lime juice

METHOD

Wash and cut in small pieces the broccoli, red cabbage, and cherry tomatoes, and place them in a bowl. Cut the avocado into dices and add it to the bowl. Finally, add the hemp seeds as well as all the ingredients for the dressing in the bowl and mix well.
