Açaí bowl

 

SERVINGS: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 pack Sambazon Açaí puree

Toppings:

  • 1 passion fruit
  • 4 figs
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp chocolate nibs
  • 1tsp coconut flakes

METHOD

Put all ingredients (not the toppings) in a blender and blend until smooth. Put in a bowl and add the toppings. You don’t need to use the toppings I used. You can use whatever toppings you like 🙂
