- 1/3 cup water – add more for preferred consistency
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 4 frozen strawberries
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 medium leaves dinosaur kale
- 2 medium leaves kale
Toppings: hemp seeds + pumpkin seeds (you can also add coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and sliced almonds).
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour in a bowl and add the toppings.
