Kale smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup water – add more for preferred consistency 
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 medium leaves dinosaur kale
  • 2 medium leaves kale

Toppings: hemp seeds + pumpkin seeds (you can also add coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and sliced almonds).

 

METHOD

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour in a bowl and add the toppings.
